SharePoint

This function provides the configuration for storing the documents in SharePoint.

SharePoint Settings SharePoint Site URL List Specify SharePoint sites that can be browsed when selecting a SharePoint folder as the destination.

Note

If no URL is specified, the destination can be selected from all SharePoint sites to which the user has access.

URL such as ‘https://***.sharepoint.com’
Destination Settings Folder Specify the SharePoint folder where the documents are to be stored. A folder selected from already existing SharePoint folders.
Sub-folder Specify whether the documents to be organised in sub-folders. This is used, for example, to automatically create a folder named with the extracted data under the destination folder and store the documents in it. -
Sub-folder Name The name of the sub-folder. Only displayed when sub-folder is enabled.

Only characters allowed as SharePoint folder name.

Extracted data and dynamic data such as dates can be used.

Invalid characters from the folder name will be removed.
If the sub-folder name contains only the invalid characters then it will replaced by '(not found)' label.

Nested subfolders is supported by seperating the folders with '/' in Sub-folder Name field.

Filename Filename of the file to be stored.

Only characters allowed as SharePoint filename.

SharePoint Metadata Fields (Fields configured in destination SharePoint) Values can be entered in the metadata fields configured in the destination SharePoint site.

Value in line with the format set in the metadata field in SharePoint.
