Limitations

When using Confirm Now on MFP, the number of document pages is limited to a maximum of 10 pages.
The icon displayed in the application list on PC is not changed from the default icon. The icon that can be changed when creating an application is only reflected in the application on MFP.
Scan originals in sizes other than A4 may not be correctly processed.
RSI LogicFlow can deliver metadata to SharePoint fields of type 'single line of text' but not 'multiple line of text'.
Not all date formats (e.g. 15th Aug 2022) are supported for data extraction or by SharePoint as metadata of type:date.
PC app cannot currently process vector-format barcodes.
If an extracted data field was manually modified then it cannot be modified again by reselecting for edit on MFP preview UI.
When using Intelligent Document Data:
- Checkbox visibility will not be apparent in the preview screen
- When duplicate key values are encountered within the same document, the selection is determined by factors such as data type, filter conditions, confidence levels, and order of occurrence.
- The AI may yield different results for the same document when accessed from different pages.
Companion file will not be created if the list of Metadata is empty
