Zonal Document Data

This function automatically extracts text contained in the configured zone of the documents.

It is possible to narrow down the data extraction to specific content within the document with the content filter and the page filter,The data type should be selected and a unique Data ID should be assigned to the extracted information, serving as an identifier for subsequent workflow use and as a label in the validation interface.

To ensure accuracy when configuring the zone in the admin settings, it is recommended to use a scanned copy of the digital document as printing the digital document may result in changes to its size or margins.

Category	Setting	Description	Options
Zonal Document Data	Sample Document	Upload sample document(s) to specify the zone.	Upload the documents to configure the zonal texts.
	Zone Setting	Configure the zonal coorditantes for the extraction. Page number will be applied automatically to the setting.	Docuemnt can be zoom in and zoom out using the +/- buttons. In 'Found data preview section' shows text in the selected zonal section.
	Content filter	Allows filtering key-value pairs.	Can filter using: - Off: no filtering - Beginning with: only value starting with the specified string. - Ending with: only value ending with the specified string. - Containing: only value containing the specified string. - Not containing: only value not containing the specified string. - Match regular expression - Full Text: only returns a result if the entire text within the selected zone matches the regular expression. - Match regular expression - Sub Text: only returns a result if the selected substring matches the regular expression. By default, it returns all matching substrings, separated by commas. If the user selects the first match, only the first match will be returned.
	Data Type	To restrict the search to a specific data type.	The type can be: - Text - Number - Date
	Data ID	ID for using the extracted data in the input fields of other functions. You can leave it as the default or change it to an original ID that is easier to identify.	Any string except “%”.
