Extract

Extract functions are used to analyse documents and extract data. They help to automate operations by utilising the extracted data in different functions such as filename in the Route functions.

Details of functions:

Function	Description
Intelligent Invoice Data	This function automatically extracts information contained in invoice documents.
Barcode Data	This function detects barcodes in documents and reads the information.
Manual Document Data	This function provides manual metadata to users. Document forms are applied to each document separately if the document is split and several are processed at once.
Intelligent Document Data	This function automatically extracts key values contained in documents.
Zonal Document Data	This function extracts text from the configured zones of selected documents based on the defined condition.
Validate Extracted Data	This function is for confirming the extracted data. This function is automatically added when other Extract functions are activated.
